COMMON SENSE CONSULTANT:

Lon provides consultant services to organizations experiencing difficulties in organizational dynamics undergoing change, growth, reduction in force, or facing labor relations (organizing) activity.  His expertise is in Workplace Culture Change and building or restoring Organizational Self Esteem.

His unique approach is designed to objectively analyze systems and organizational dynamics applying the test of "common sense" to existing practices. This does not entail any exotic or deep theory based practices that are difficult to comprehend or implement. Recommendations are objective, to-the-point and easily put into motion..
